I haven't used these products, but I'm intrigued by any product called Poo-pourri and Bathroom Poop Spray. It also looks like it's meant to be used BEFORE you, um, go, so it seems like it would be useful in a public place (or your friend's house if you just aren't that kind of close). Poop Spray is risk free, they say. I need to know if it smells like poop.
More typical in our house is something like this for those desparate, the-fan-cannot-handle-this-load times:
